AI Calcus (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates aicalcus.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights regarding that data.

Short version:All calculator inputs stay in your browser. We don't store them, sell them, or transmit them. We use Google AdSense for advertising and Vercel Analytics for anonymous traffic measurement.

Calculator inputs: Calculator values you enter are processed entirely client-side in your browser. They are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored.

URL parameters:If you use the “Share” feature, your calculator inputs are encoded in the URL. These are not stored by us but may be visible to anyone you share the link with.

Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics to measure anonymous page view counts and traffic patterns. This does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. Data is aggregated and cannot be linked to individuals.

Server logs:Our hosting provider (Vercel) may log standard server access data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance purposes and is subject to Vercel's privacy policy.

AI Calcus itself does not set first-party cookies for tracking purposes.

Google AdSense(our advertising partner) uses cookies and similar technologies to serve personalized ads based on your browsing history. These are third-party cookies governed by Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

We display ads from Google AdSense. Google uses cookies and data about your browsing to serve relevant ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

We do not control which specific ads are shown or what data Google uses to target them. For more information on how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see google.com/policies/privacy/partners.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out: Opt out of personalized advertising via Google's ad settings

Since we do not store calculator inputs, there is no user-generated data to retain. Vercel's server logs are retained per their data retention policy (typically 30 days). Vercel Analytics data is retained in aggregate form indefinitely.

AI Calcus is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Empire after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
